CANCELLATION POLICY
At Oh my glow LLC, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected changes and emergencies your way. However, in order to provide the best service to all our valued clients and ensure the smooth operation of our business, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for facial appointments: NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their facial treatment appointment. Cancellations and reschedule requests can be made by texting or calling 602-785-4033. All cancellation requests must include the client's name and appointment date and time. LATE CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW Clients who fail to provide the required 24 hours' notice or do not show up for their appointment will be considered a "Late Cancellation" or "No-Show." Late Cancellations are subject to require a higher deposit for future services and No-Shows will be subject to forfeit their deposit . ARRIVAL TIME We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their appointments to ensure that they receive the full allotted treatment time. Please arrive NO EARLIER than 10 minutes before your appointment time. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise, such as sudden illness or a family crisis. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you. DEPOSITS For clients who have a history of Late Cancellations or No-Shows, a deposit may be required to secure future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will have their deposit forfeited. RESCHEDULING Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment with the required 24-hour notice will not incur any cancellation fees. REFUND POLICY Cancellation fees are non-refundable but can be applied to reschedule a new appointment. This is valid one-time only, you may not reschedule and cancel and use that same deposit multiple times. By scheduling a facial treatment appointment with Hailey at Oh my glow LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our cancellation policy. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high level of service for all our clients.
